Your breath is the key to your peace.

It starts with developing your ability to perceive physical sensations inside the body that relate to internal organ function - to what’s going on inside you at any given moment. You get get to this level of awareness when you learn to feel and control your breath. No hyperventilating - no breath holds. Just noticing your breath & how you can alter it. At first, it can help to get some guidance.

Swasa Yam is an 8-part breath control practice, as taught by Baba Hari Dass. Once you learn the simple steps in short video lessons, a guided audio of the entire practice will bring you inner peace in less than 15 minutes, anytime you want it.
