SPRING CLEANSE 2024

Ayurvedic cleanse protocols are simple yet powerful practices designed to relax the digestive system and facilitate the removal of excess mucus and trapped cellular waste.

This online program is a 5-week process to gently guide you towards a 3-day cleanse, with a downloadable manual containing links to online resources and cleanse product discounts. It contains 2 online meetings, at the beginning and following the 3-day cleanse, and optional Ayurvedic consultations for individualized recommendations.

Group Meetings

The program begins with a meeting to clarify practices & procedures, set realistic goals for the 3 weeks leading up to the cleanse, create a list of reasonable healthy habits and a daily routine plan, discuss cleanse products and online resources. We will also examine common obstacles to regular practice. After the cleanse, we will look at how to get lasting benefits for rejuvenation.

A downloadable manual will provide you with healthful recipes, guided meditations, journal prompts, and suggestions for getting through the 3-day cleanse. Links to discounted cleanse materials and reading material will be included.

Prior to the 3-day cleanse process, the idea is to slowly cut back on what you know is harmful, switching to foods and habits that relax your digestive system and your mind. These resources will help prepare you.

This is not a starvation plan - it’s a plan to simplify what you have been eating while you cut back on some questionable habits.

The Cleanse Process

During the 4th week, the deeper process begins with a focus on solitude, light duties, self-care practices, journaling, and eating a light diet. This is time to express your creativity and get to know yourself.

On Friday night, a customized gentle purge cocktail will help “clean out the pipes” on Saturday morning. Make no plans that day and take that Sunday to rest. The final group meeting to discuss rejuvenation will take place on that day.
